AD AGENCY
Account User Types
Admin
The Account Owner (Admin) is the single primary owner of the account with full control over all settings, campaigns, and access management. They can grant or revoke access for Contributors, Editors, and Analysts and manage high-level account configurations. Most core account settings are established during onboarding by Delivr and typically remain unchanged.
Contributors
Contributors have account-level access to create, edit, and manage campaigns across the entire account. They can generate and manage links and QR codes, build landing pages, organize groups, import/export campaigns, and view reports. Contributors cannot delete campaigns, as deletion is reserved for the Account Owner/Admin.
Editors
Editors have scoped access at the group or individual campaign level. They can edit and manage campaigns within their assigned scope, including links, QR codes, landing pages, and campaign status. Editors can also view reports but do not have account-wide or deletion permissions.
Analysts
Analysts have read-only access focused on reporting and insights. They can view reports and download the QR codes associated with those reports. Access can be granted at the account, group, or individual campaign level.
