## Reset your password to regain access to your Delivr Account.

### Steps to reset your password.

Please make sure that you have access to the email address associated with your Delivr account and that emails from noreply@delivr.com are not filtered out by any spam filters.

## **Open the Forgot Password Page**  
Click the “ Forgot password?” link on the Delivr Sign In page (or use the link provided). This will take you to the Forgot Password? page.

## **Enter Your Account Username**  
Type in the username associated with your Delivr account.

## **Request Password Reset**  
Click the **RESET PASSWORD** button. Delivr will send two emails to the username associated with your account.

1. A email to confirm password reset, open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line  **Reset Delivr Password.**  
2. On confirmation a second email will be sent, open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line “ **Your Password Has Been Reset”**

Tip: If you don’t see these emails within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The message will come from noreply@delivr.com.
