# How to create multiple static QR codes

## Need to generate dozens of Static QR Codes quickly? The Bulk Static QR Code Generator makes it easy to convert multiple URLs or text strings into QR Codes—all at once.

## **How to access the bulk static QR code generator.**

**To get started:**

- Click the **Options** link in the top navigation bar

**OR**
- Click the subtle **three-dot icon (…)** just beneath the **Start Here** URL bar to reveal additional campaign types

Then select **Bulk Static QR.**

## **How It Works**

This tool allows you to import a list of **URLs or text entries** and download a ZIP file that includes:

- Individual **Static QR Code images** for each entry
- A corresponding **CSV file** with original data for easy reference
- All image files named to match their row in the CSV

**Reminder:** Static QR Codes are **not editable, trackable, or manageable** after creation. For editable, dynamic QR Codes with analytics, return to the Dashboard.

## **Steps to generate multiple static QR codes.**

**1. Download the Spreadsheet Template (.xlsx)**

- Use the provided file format to ensure compatibility.

**2. Enter Your Data**

- Add one URL or text string per row in the **first column** (up to 100 rows)
- Optionally, include notes in the **second column**
- Save your file

**3. Upload Your File**

- Choose your saved spreadsheet file and upload it. Once uploaded, you'll be guided to Steps 4–6.

**4. Review Entries**

- If anything looks incorrect, go back to your spreadsheet, fix the issues, and reupload.

**5. Customize QR Code Appearance**

- **Image Format:** SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG, JPEG, TIFF
- **Error Correction:** L (Low), M (Medium), Q (25% – default), H (High)
- **Margin:** 4 blocks (default)
- **Scale:** 3× (default)
- **Code Color / Background Color:** Set custom HEX values
- **Contrast Checker:** Ensures the code remains scannable (target ratio: 4:1 or higher)

A **sample preview** QR Code will appear to demonstrate your selected design settings. This is not one of your final codes and should **not be used or distributed.**

**6. Export the Codes**

- Click the **Export** button. A compressed ZIP file will download containing:

- One QR Code image per row
  - A CSV summary of your input data

## **Why use static QR codes?**

- The data is directly embedded at the time of creation; no hosting or subscriptions are required.
- Doesn’t depend on any cloud platform to work—scan and go.

Unlike other platforms that only support dynamic QR codes, **Delivr gives you the freedom to create both static and dynamic codes**, so you can choose the best tool for each use case.
