# Understanding your security settings.

## Your security is our priority.
Delivr offers a centralized **Security** section that makes it easy to monitor and manage access to your account. You can access this section by clicking the **Security** link at the top of the page (to the right of **Account**).

Within the Security section, you’ll find five dedicated tabs — each providing visibility and control over a specific area of your account’s protection:

1. **Password**
   ## **Change Your Password**
   - Passwords must be changed at least once every **365 days**.
   - Organizations with stricter policies (e.g., 90-day expiry) can contact **Support** to configure a custom schedule.

## **Steps To Change your Password**
   1. Enter your **Current Password**.
   2. Enter and verify your **New Password**.
   3. Click the green **Save** button to save changes.

2. **Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)**
   ## **Add an Extra Layer of Protection**
2FA helps prevent unauthorized access by requiring a second step to sign in. Choose one of the following methods to enable:
   - **SMS Code**
   - **Voice Call Verification**
   - **Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator)**

Once enabled, you’ll sign in with both your password and a temporary 6-digit code.

3. **Logs**
   ## **Access Log**
This section shows a record of login activity:
   - Date, Time, Status, Action, Type, and Location

**If you don’t recognize a device or action:**
   - Click **Don’t recognize this device?** to report it.
   - It's recommended to **change your password** immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity.

## **Security Notifications**
You’ll receive an email notification if any of the following occur:
   - A sign-in is detected from a new device or IP address
   - Sensitive account settings are changed
   - Unusual activity deviates

4. **Sessions**
   ## **Device Sessions: Where You’re Signed In**
See all active sessions where your account is logged in.
   - Each entry shows **Device, OS, Browser**, and **Location**.
   - If a device seems unfamiliar or lost, click **Sign Out** for that session.
   - As a precaution, you should also change your password.

5. **Access**
   ## **Grant & Manage Access to Your Campaigns**
You can grant full or limited access to others in your organization. Access can be set at the **account**, **group**, or **individual campaign** level.

## **Steps to Grant Access**
   1. Enter a **Delivr username or email**.
   2. Choose the access level.
   3. Access is granted immediately.

## User Roles

### **Account Owner/Admin**
Full control over all settings and campaigns.
Each account has a single primary owner, referred to as the **Account Owner** or **Admin**. The Admin has full access to all aspects of the account, including settings, campaigns, and user management. This role is unique — only one Admin is assigned per account.

The Admin can grant and revoke access to additional users, who are designated as **Contributors**, **Editors**, or **Analysts**, depending on their role and level of access.

**Delivr** manages account setup during onboarding and continues to support any role or access changes over time. Some high-level account settings are reserved exclusively for the Admin or the Delivr Support Team. These foundational settings are typically configured once and rarely require updates.

### **Contributors**
Create and edit campaigns, manage QR codes, links, pages, and profiles.

Contributors have the ability to create, edit, and manage campaigns within your account. This includes:
- Shortening and managing links
- Generating and managing QR codes
- Bulk importing and exporting campaigns
- Downloading QR codes
- Creating and managing groups
- Creating and editing landing pages and profiles
- Pausing, archiving, and restoring campaigns
- Viewing reports

**Note:** Contributors _cannot_ delete campaigns. This permission is reserved for the Account Owner (Admin).

### **Editors**
Edit and manage campaigns at group/campaign level.
The **Editor** role allows users to edit and manage campaigns within the assigned group(s) or individual campaign(s). Editors can manage links, edit and download QR codes, modify landing pages, pause campaigns, and view performance reports.

### **Analysts**
Analysts can view reports and download the associated QR code.

Reports can be shared with Analysts at the account, group, or individual QR code/campaign level, depending on the scope assigned.

### **Contributor Dashboard Message**
Set a custom message that Contributors will see on their dashboard.
