# Recover an account username.

## Steps to recover an account username.

Please make sure that you have access to the email address associated with your Delivr account and that emails from noreply@delivr.com are not filtered out by any spam filters.

## **Open the Forgot Username Page**

Click the “Forgot username?” link on the Delivr Sign In page (or use the link provided). This will take you to the Forgot Your Username? page.

## **Enter Your Account Email**

Type in the email address associated with your Delivr account.

## **Request the Username Recovery**

Click the **EMAIL ME MY USERNAME** button. Delivr will send an email with the username associated with your account email address.

Tip: If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The message will come from noreply@delivr.com

## **Locate the Username Recovery Email**

Open your inbox and look for an email with the subject line “ **Forgot Your Username**”
